The Khar police of Mumbai contacted Ranveer Allahabadia over India Got latent dispute and asked to appear at Khar police station for questioning. Ranveer Allahabadia requested that his statement should not be called and taken to the police station, but the police has rejected his recommendation and asked him to record the statement.
The Maharashtra Cyber Cell sent summons to Raina for the second time on Thursday regarding indecent comments. The cyber cell has directed Raina to appear before the investigating officer on 17 February. Time Raina’s lawyer told the cyber cell that Raina is in America and he will return to the country on March 17. At the same time, cyber cell has sent summons and directed Raina to appear on 17 February. Earlier, the cyber police claimed to identify 40 people involved in the show on Wednesday.
Maharashtra Cyber Police also summoned Siddharth Tewatia (Bappa) and asked to record his statement. Tewatia show was included as a judge. By joining the cyber cell show, he will also send summons to others identified on charges of using vulgar language and spreading obscenity. The list includes the names of other guests including Ranveer Allahabadia, Samay Raina, Rakhi Sawant, Maheep Singh, Deepak Kalal.
The episodes of all the guests in the show will be examined by the video, the guests who have used vulgarity and indecent language will be processed. Maharashtra Cyber Police will also interrogate the show sponsors in the case. Along with this, Maharashtra Cyber Police has asked YouTube to remove all 18 episodes. Participants can be accused in the case. At the same time, the audience will be included as witnesses.
Meanwhile, content creator and influencer Apoorva Mukhija reached Khar police station in Mumbai on Wednesday, where he recorded his statement. According to the information, those jurys have also been summoned, which have come to this show at some time or the other.
